Flight Hotel Itinerary 
Since our launch in 2017, we have taken pride in offering affordable and consistent travel documentation services. Due to evolving policies within the airline and hospitality industries, we updated our terms effective July 1st, 2024, to share a portion of the modification costs with our customers.

1. Flight & Hotel Booking Corrections When Corrections are FREE: If our team makes a mistake (e.g., typos or details not matching your submitted form), we are fully responsible. We will correct these errors Free of Cost as many times as necessary to match your original order.
When a Correction Fee Applies: If you need to add new details or change information that was not included or was incorrectly provided in your original order form (such as changing dates, adding flight legs, fixing name/title typos, or changing arrival dates), the following fees apply

-$15 for an individual Flight or Hotel reservation correction.

-$20 for a combined Flight + Hotel reservation correction (on the same document).

Please select “Flight Corrections,” “Hotel Corrections,” or both in the "You’re Making Payment For?" dropdown menu.

2. Name Change Restrictions Minor Spelling Errors: We can correct minor spelling mistakes in a traveler's name as part of a correction.
-Full Name Changes: We cannot change a traveler’s first name or surname entirely. If you need to change the traveler to a different person, you must place a New Order.

3. The 2-Week Validity Window Correction requests are only available for two weeks (14 days) from the date your original order was placed. Even if a correction was previously made, any further changes requested within this window will incur a new correction fee. After 14 days from the original purchase date, corrections are no longer possible, and a new order must be placed.

4. Travel Insurance Corrections Changes to Travel Insurance are only possible if requested at least 10 days before the insurance effective date. 
-Free Corrections: If the number of travel days and the ages of the travelers remain the same, spelling or date changes (within the 10-day limit) are Free of Cost. 
-Additional Charges: If the number of insurance days increases or the age bracket of the traveler changes, additional costs will apply. Our travel experts will provide a quote via email or chat.
-Name Changes: Like flight bookings, full name changes are not allowed; only minor spelling fixes are permitted.

5. Travel Guides: If you have purchased a Travel Guide, you may request a change or swap only before the document has been delivered. Once the Travel Guide has been sent to your email, we cannot offer swaps or changes to a different guide.
